laser technology to optimise the peeling

5 PEELER.-
This is the principle process where the logs are
peeled in to a continuous thin veneer. |
6 DRYER
.-
In this
process excess moisture is dried from the
veneer to enable optimum workability.

GLUE
AND PRESSING
.-
Once the
glue is applied the boards are pressed up in
sizes demanded by our customers. |

TRIMMER.-
The panels are trimmed clean
and square to the final full board size |

process here the boards are calibrated and
sanded to the final finish. |
