1 POPLAR  PLANTATION.-  This is where we source our raw material from sustained plantations.

2  ARRIVAL OF RAW MATERIAL        After being cut the Poplar logs are transported to our factory ready for transformation into plywood

3 RAW MATERIALS STORE.-        In this section, once classified into sizes, the raw material is ready for the production process

4 STABILIZER.-         Our Company uses the latest laser technology to optimise the peeling process.

5 PEELER.-         This is the principle process where the logs are peeled in to a continuous thin veneer.

6 DRYER  .-       In this process excess moisture is dried from the veneer to enable optimum workability.

 

7 QUALITY CONTROL .-      The Company philosophy is to gain the highest quality, to this end the quality control is constant and exhaustive.

8 GLUE AND PRESSING .-      Once the glue is applied the boards are pressed up in sizes demanded by our customers.

9  TRIMMER.- The panels are trimmed clean and square to the final full board size

10 SANDER.-       In the ultimate process here the boards are calibrated and sanded to the final finish.

11 FINISHED PRODUCT WAREHOUSE.- Mabesal products ready to be sent to our clients

12 DELIVERY.- Another Mabesal load on its way.
